At FitnShoes, your comfort and satisfaction are always our priority. We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right—or plans change. That’s why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free exchange and return process.
If you purchased in-store at our Kissimmee outlet, we offer exchanges only.
For online orders, we provide both returns and exchanges to make sure you walk away happy—wherever you shop.
🏬 In-Store Exchanges Only
Bought your shoes at our Disney-area location?
You can bring them back unworn, in original packaging, with your receipt, within 14 days of purchase for an exchange only.
👉 Please note: refunds are not offered on in-store purchases.
📦 Online Orders
If your online order didn’t work out, you can start a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Need a return label?
Simply contact us and request one. A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund after we receive the return and confirm it meets our return criteria.

Exchanges ship out as soon as we receive your original item.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and approved.
⚠️ If your returned item does not meet our return standards, we’ll contact you directly to find a resolution. Items that don’t qualify may be returned to you.

At FitNShoes, we want you to love every step. If something doesn’t feel right, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
Return Policy
Online Returns Only
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your item.
Return shipping costs are covered by a flat $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
These return terms apply only to online purchases.
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange only — no refunds.
Exchange Policy
Easy Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Quick Turnaround: Once your item is received, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
In-Store or Online: Exchanges can be made in-store or initiated online through our contact form.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
FAQ
Can I return or exchange items purchased with a discount or during a promotion?
Yes, unless the item was marked as Final Sale. Promotional items follow the same 14-day return/exchange window as regular purchases.
What if I lost my receipt or order confirmation?
We can still help! Please contact our customer service team with the name, phone number, or email used at the time of purchase—we’ll do our best to locate your order.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your online order to our showroom for a return or exchange, as long as it meets the return policy conditions.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us immediately through our contact form or call us. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Do I need to include the original shoebox when returning an item?
Yes. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, returns must include the original shoebox in good condition, along with any tags and packaging.
