Return & Exchange Policy
At FitNShoes, we want you to love every step. If something doesn’t feel right, we make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
Return Policy
30-Day Window: You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return your item.
Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Refunds: Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your item.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Easy Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Quick Turnaround: Once your item is received, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
In-Store or Online: Exchanges can be made in-store or initiated online through our contact form.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I return or exchange items purchased with a discount or during a promotion?
Yes, unless the item was marked as Final Sale. Promotional items follow the same 30-day return/exchange window as regular purchases.
What if I lost my receipt or order confirmation?
We can still help! Please contact our customer service team with the name, phone number, or email used at the time of purchase—we’ll do our best to locate your order.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your online order to our showroom for a return or exchange, as long as it meets the return policy conditions.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us immediately through our contact form or call us. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Do I need to include the original shoebox when returning an item?
Yes. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, returns must include the original shoebox in good condition, along with any tags and packaging.
